"Golden Iris"

"Golden Iris"
oil on canvas board, 14"x 18"

I wanted to paint something sunny and warm today before the sun goes away for the season.
I love the warm colors in contrast to the cool colors in this setting of the iris.

    This is lovely Kristen...I particularly like everything that is going on under the large iris, the color in the shadow and light...good job!
